Service Description
SaqrGo provides a SaaS platform for business management including POS, online storefront, delivery management, and related services. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the platform, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
SaqrGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
